Abstract
Adenocarcinoma of cervix accounts only for 10-15% of all cases of carcinoma cervix. Among adenocarcinoma, clear cell carcinoma is even rarer variant. It is very rare in children and intrauterine exposure to Diethyl Stilbesterol (DES) is the only known risk factor. Here we report a case of a 14 year old female with Primary Clear Cell Adenocarcinoma of Cervix without any history of intrauterine exposure of any drug/ DES.References
